When I download the CHM files, I can navigate the table of contents when it opens in Windows Help, but it complains that it can't display any of the articles in the right pain. Anybody else having this problem?
I'm assuming you are using Windows XP, you can simply right-click on the CHM file, select Properties, and click on the "Unblock" button. Click "Apply" and the content should be visible.
